Meet the Team

  • Jenny Knudson MAOP

    Partner & IO Consultant

I’m an incessant learner of how behaviors transform business outcomes and company value. With over 15 years of industry experience in investments and sales, along with thousands of leadership meetings, I specialize in aligning performance with strategy, IR positioning, bridging diverse groups, and optimizing behaviors that enhance the bottom-line.

I continue to study Industrial/Organizational Psychology at the California School of Professional Psychology and have uncovered critical elements about WHY certain organizational behaviors have a positive effect on capital markets and internal audiences. I apply research-based strategies with my clients to stretch boundaries, kill doubt, and impress profitable change for their companies.

  • Marie Solvaag

    Consultant

I have a passion for research with a focus on social psychology, psychometrics and assessments. I continue to work and study at the University of Oslo, Norway as a research assistant and am engaged in several current pro bono research projects. I am a certified Assessio (MAP and Matrigma specialist) and enjoy working with a diverse array of psychological metrics. My work history includes recruiting where I’ve found seemingly unobtainable talent matches for companies looking for specific key attributes. Answers to why individuals respond to certain organizational environments drives my ambition and passion for understanding social and industrial, human behavior.
